Following a band you don’t like for 30 years out of loyalty? Wow. I give a band 3 bad albums before I have to be convinced to listen to them again.

My biggest hope for the new album is it’s better than BoS. I don’t think it’s bad, it just lacks direction at times and memorability for me. That’s a win win, those that like BoS would be in for a treat and those that didn’t will be happy too!

idk- I like the song, but I thought it lacked the energy needed to open a show. At least at the show I went to the echo at the beginning was annoying and it had all the energy of a wet fart.

Hmmmmm- that’s odd to see TFF so low in many rankings. I think that’s a great album. As said above me, just goes to show the quality of the albums.

Not FC member so I don’t have an option, BUT I am very glad it’s so expensive I don’t even have to think twice about it. If there was some extra content like a ‘making of’ I would think about becoming a member to order- but at that price with those chotskies don’t have to worry about it. Happy...

I like his work, but I think Riggs was far above and beyond in terms of imagination and ambition. wilkinson (so far) has been comparatively conservative in both of those respects.

Dear god- it was a great show. But when you put a number on it, dang I feel old. Lol. I would love to hear a full album show.

I like that note. Maiden are a living breathing band- not some left over from the Jurassic period. (Wink wink) Leave it for the karaoke for sure. Many artists, both visual and music turn into parodies of themselves, it becomes habit. I don’t want maiden to make a maiden sounding song! Instead...

I wouldn’t edit a song- hell, I’m so old school I put on an album and listen to it. I don’t even skip songs! That’s right. That’s just how I roll. unless it’s ToC from book of souls.

I just can’t believe the pace of albums in the 80’s. Could you imagine if we were spoiled like that again? A new album every 1 or 1.5? Amazing.

I wonder if all the Tower of Babel and Belshazzars Feast was a Bruce thing- maybe he didn’t have a ton of say with the direction of the album but had this ‘thing’ he’s interested in and used the PR to the release of e single as an outlet for it? Otherwise, I’m not sure what to think. I think...

Rembrandt was born on the 15th, so thats not a clue for the album reveal, which is hopefully tomorrow.

i sure hope so. But it does seem anticlimactic in a way. For the single we had count downs and youtube and whatnot. it seems like there should be something more to make this a splash- otherwise it feels a little ‘oh ya- new album’ when to me a full album and details would be quite a deal...

I just listened as a ‘let’s see’ and by golly it’s great. I like it as is, but it’s got a more urgent sound at 1.25.
