I have the feeling that the setlist will not be overall the same as last year, just as stated by many people. To me it doesn't seem to make a lot of sense doing the same tour kinda twice. Even if they play some countries this years that they haven't visited last year. By surprising us all with...
That was very cool indeed. Would go with that again over ATG. Oh, and speaking of Somewhere... In my original post I actually forgot Sea Of Madness. That'd be my #1 choice instead of Prodigal Son or TTAL.
Now that Alexander The Great has been played, asking this question makes the thing a bit more versatile I guess.
My vote: Prodigal Son. To Tame A Land a close 2nd pick.
I found a good solution now, and thank you. My tone wasn't really too dark, but it was kinda lacking in brilliance and partyly in presence. I tried one thing, and that works super well: Stacking different Overdrives, so now my signal chain is: Guitar into Revv Tilt Boost feeding into...
It makes me cringe, really. Especially the high vocal moments. But I agree with you about my inappropriate speaking of obviousness. I should rather keep speaking for myself only.
Now they have the offical film "art"-work even as a Tee at their web store. I really love a lot of their shirts, but this AI-crap can't be for real...
True! And Janick calmed down a bit, which I think is nice. When he was new, his dancing & prancing really annoyed me, but it got better. (Not in terms of quality, but quantity.)
What changes have you noticed over the years in terms of their individual stage presence, acting and performance wise? Bruce for example isn't running around anymore like he did when he was in his 20s or 30s, of course, still very agile tho, but Steves activity hasn't changed much over the years...
I don't understand why everything has to be recorded live these days. The album isn't even out yet, but that's already the first drawback. Studio technology is better than ever before, but: "live".
It was mainly up to Bruce in my opinion. He was struggling a lot. I saw them a few times during the DOD tour, and there wasn't a single night that had Paschendale sounding good. Rainmaker also didn't work well for the same reason. The rest was great tho.
