They already had the file to print the backdrop in the first place... they also could just use the SIT cover, if they didn't already have an Alex backdrop.

Now with the screens, it takes less effort, actually. They just use an image of the Future Past Alex backdrop. I think Alex is a 30% chance. Infinite is like an 80% chance and another setlist change like a 50-50.
