Well, rehearsals happened just in the last week and they decided to drop it. That would be the most reasonable explanation. If you look at both images, only the red background is heavily altered.
It's intentional for sure. It seems like they zoomed in the background, so they don't need to edit the whole artwork.
Now, we should play spot other differences between Curitiba announcement and the old tour programe. Maybe there is a hint... They love this kind of stuff.
