MAJOR fuckup by Bruce after the solos (started singing immediately). Adrian was trying his hardest to get the band to follow him, but was only partly successful (Simon did and I think Dave did at the end). Janick seemed completely lost. Explains the crash landing at the end.

Yes. The current neck on the 86 Jackson is a custom made neck and probably because of this took time to be made. The white headstock neck was probably a production neck that was on the guitar just so H can play it while the custom neck was being made. The black Charvel from Wasted Years video...
