I think being unrehearsed is a real problem, sure you can excuse the odd mistake here and there but when people are paying 120 euro( i think he said that) then its not fair if the drums and guitars aren't in sync as he mentioned. I don't think its excusable to use the first few shows of a. tour...
I think Nickos drumming is fine given his age. A part of me is always a bit worried that he may mess up so badly he may not be able to continue. But thats because i just find it mad that a 71 year old can drum for 2 hours a night at in a metal band, incredible.
Thats not good for the people at the first shows though is it? I bet you if they started the tour in the UK/ Germany they would of been better rehearsed. Not cool to treat smaller EU countries as guinea pigs imo and i say that as an englishman.
is Joe on standby i wonder?
Also, i really want to try for a resale ticket for one of the London 02 shows but i'd be so dissapointed if they dropped CSIT or Alex. I think they did something similar when they had DoD and Paschendale in the set and dropped one(both?) of them
Just lisened to Lord of the Losts eurovision song, pretty good. Can see why Steve likes them, they are a big improvement on the Raven Age(sorry Steve :D)
The red and the black is a good example of this, the live version sounds terrible and i don't blame Bruce. It's just that whoever wrote it tried to fit too many words in too short a space of time.
