No I think they have planned this for a while. The announcement said Run For Your Lives World Tour 25-26 from day one. I did think it was suspicious they announced it like that, and with 2027 off it makes sense.
The guy who updates ticket sales on the fanclub has 26k sold for Athens. It's just an educated guess, but he has a very good track record when it comes to monitoring ticket sales.
Could be the Knebworth worth support acts will be at some of the other shows in Europe. The way it's looking now Maiden need a boost for many of the shows to get even close to sell outs.
