Im not writing this to criticise his appearance, I just think that retirement is less good for his health than he might think.

Saw a Reddit post opening a fresh and innovative discussion: our favourite solo by Davey.

1. Fates Warning (intro). Bloody brilliant.
2. Powerslave (1st solo). Quite an expected answer for this sort of question, but I guess there is a good reason for that.
3. Hallowed Be Thy Name (Rock in Rio). Sheer power, possibly his most "metal" solo.
4. Alexander the Great. Again an expected pick. But again, there is a good reason for that. Great, great solo. Very well thought-through.
5. The Educated Fool. Underrated, IMHO. Love Janick's solo as well. You need great character to open a solo THAT way.
