News Burning Ambition Documentary

I now have the shitty narration from the old ‘Behind the Music’ documentaries in my head.

“Following the successful tour of Europe, the band had the United States in their sights. It looked like Iron Maiden would actually be checking into hotels in California. Unfortunately for Dennis Stratton this would not be the case”
3,2,1 - Cue Thundersticks lol

The documentary features interviews from fans as well as celebrities. I don't see an issue with having a known Maiden YouTuber being included.
They are the media personalities of our day. Internet stopped being a niche hidden part of the world long time ago. Even my illiterate mother is chronically online on TikTok.

We live inside a meme. We are the memers that meme

How did a youtuber manage to get on this? Feels like they are scraping the barrel a bit there.
If you're referring to the guy who says Maiden "became the biggest band in the world a second time" they are more than just a youtuber. They are Superfans really. They go to multiple shows every tour in Europe and NA with a contingent of friends and get FTTB most of the time, his partner makes and sells custom Eddie dolls and other things. She has had her items for bid at chartiy auctions at Nicko's RnR Ribs anniversary bashes. And it appears they've become personal friends with Nicko.

If there's any such thing as Iron Maiden "influencers," it's Capnharris and her little troop. So yeah, it makes sense to put them on there, and it gives them incentive to self-promote by promoting the documentary on their channel.

75 countries booked hundreds and hundreds of cinemas, but the sales have been a complete flop, so far. It looks like no one is interested in a documentary movie about Maiden :(

When i bought the ticket i was the only one lol
The concert movie or biopic would be something that attracts fans, but documentary. There are many documentary videos from Maiden, so the cinematic promotion isn't a good idea. Better would be to share the movie on streaming platforms, even Maiden's YT chanel as the tour promotion.

I like that kind of film but yes usually the cinema is like 20% sold

There will be two screenings at my local Odeon cinema.

Tickets sold for the first one: 0/238
Tickets sold for the second one: 18/238

I imagine there might be some people getting the tickets closer to the day of the screening (I am one of them, as I do not know yet if I will be able to go).

I saw megadeth behind the mask and at the cinema we were a few less than 40 for sure.
