Or builds a bit more excitement in to the whole thing depending how you look at it.

I would agree on the sooner the better for the other dates , before ticket sales start for the current announced dates so choices are based on a complete schedule of options.
 
Someone who is supposedly well connected has ruled out Cardiff. Knebworth is the most likely according to people. And that would explain the weird choice for artwork on the most recent FC shirt.

Has the tour announcement image with "Save the Date" only been spotted in Cardiff?

Hope it's Cardiff just booked Premier Inn 5 minutes walk away!

Cardiff infrastructure and venue itself works better than Knebworth. Main train station in Cardiff 10 minutes walk away. Went to the Sonisphere festival Maiden headlined and thought very well run, so wouldn't be bad alternative.
 
I booked a hotel that can be refunded. But this source should be a solid one. If he is wrong I will shut about any rumours I hear for the rest of Maiden's career.

Same same. I tried the Premier Inn close by but it was booked out. I went with free cancellation and pay on arrival.
 
Not the right topic, but when I saw this photo below I wondered: when did the guitar players stop going up on the platforms? Was it after Somewhere? I can't remember they went up on there on Maiden England, but not so sure...

To be fair the "save the date" billboard is being advertised in Cardiff, I find it strange that it would be shown there if it wasn't the city being played... there again if it makes sense then its not Maiden

Also spotted in London.

And a moderator now posting all over the FC that Cardiff isn't happening and telling people to cancel their hotels.
