I would agree if FTGGOG wasn`t in there , does that qualify as fighting you..The run of Revelations, FTGGOG, The Wicker Man, SOTC and FOI is the best 5 song run from any tour they have done.

LOTB is unique and spectacular Maiden, but RFYL is definitely more impressive than TFP imo. Ofc both are cool in their own ideas. A logical next step from the band. The next one is screens plus (bigger) props, more side screens and that's it. Or more than 1 screen art for a song, moving or not. That would be really cool. Can't be compared to Priest. With Manowar, yes. Let's see how they develop, it's more curious than before, the possibilities are more. Bruce's solo too. Album tour with main decor screens would be really curious because they always have one main decor. Senjutsu would have been with: battlefield, mountains, grassland, time machine, desert, etc.Yeah, that's why I said about practical effects (i.e. cage & video during hallowed). But without that I would say that both bands were very close in terms of production.
I don't have anything against that but after claims that this will be the best production ever I must say - Legacy of the Beast and Future Past Tour was lightyears ahead of what we've got this year.
Good question. Let's hope they eventually do it, from other tours too.Sigh. Why oh why didn't they release a full concert video, even on Youtube?
The setlist (all eras), atmosphere (especially!) and flow were awesome. The best? Really difficult to say, I liked TFP, DOD and TBOS ones, for example. Not to mention BNW, ofc. LOTB was top in all aspects.Although I loved the visuals, the setlist is still the reason I consider it to be their best tour. For me, no Maiden show has come close to the atmosphere and flow of the LOTB tour.
One of the very best for sure. The start of TFP tour, first 7 songs were great for me. Or Dance-Rainmaker-Brave New World-Paschendale-Flies.The run of Revelations, FTGGOG, The Wicker Man, SOTC and FOI is the best 5 song run from any tour they have done.

Oh, also, if people wanna see how bad blood looks like in 2025 you should take a look at the whole Trivium vs Bullet For My Valentine situation. Or at Mastodon and Brent lol
Yeah, that came out of nowhere. What a sad end to a few turbulent months for him. That one has, sadly, come to a premature end.

It's probably the best one ever. The run of Revelations, FTGGOG, The Wicker Man, SOTC and FOI is the best 5 song run from any tour they have done.

The reunion tour also had great moments.Powerslave - 2 Minutes to Midnight - Rime of the Ancient Mariner - Run to the Hills - Seventh Son of a Seventh Son
If they played this in 2008? Almost certainly. In 2025 though, well...Powerslave - 2 Minutes to Midnight - Rime of the Ancient Mariner - Run to the Hills - Seventh Son of a Seventh Son
Hard agree. Still salty that SOTC was butchered in Stockholm haha.. the one song I was dying to hear, oh well. The run of Revelations, FTGGOG, The Wicker Man, SOTC and FOI is the best 5 song run from any tour they have done.

Strike out Rime and RTTH, then maybe. Like this there are massive pacing issues and I would prefer a ton of other songs to replace those two.Powerslave - 2 Minutes to Midnight - Rime of the Ancient Mariner - Run to the Hills - Seventh Son of a Seventh Son
Strike out the centre piece of the show and the title song of the tour, no way .Drop SSOASS and replace it with Flash of the BladeStrike out Rime and RTTH, then maybe. Like this there are massive pacing issues and I would prefer a ton of other songs to replace those two.
Rime into Hills was one of the highlights of the entire show.Strike out Rime and RTTH, then maybe. Like this there are massive pacing issues and I would prefer a ton of other songs to replace those two.
I didn't like this transition to be honest.Rime into Hills was one of the highlights of the entire show.
I wasn't talking in terms of this particular tour, but in the general discussion about "great runs of songs"Strike out the centre piece of the show and the title song of the tour, no way .Drop SSOASS and replace it with Flash of the Blade![]()
Didn't do anything for me. I was glad when both were over and SSOASS finally started.Rime into Hills was one of the highlights of the entire show.
Fair enough, i presumed you meant this tour which was still a great run in my book.I wasn't talking in terms of this particular tour, but in the general discussion about "great runs of songs"![]()
No chance i`m sick of Rime, i did feel similar to you about RTTH but it was great on both shows i saw , Madrid was a different level of crowd fun.I'm not the biggest fan of Rime and am sick of RTTH. I'd be more than happy to never see any of those in a theoretical future setlist again.
Total opposite for me, SSOASS was the only one that dragged a bit for me, crowd noise and energy dropped .Bruce`s long held note was a highlight though.Didn't do anything for me. I was glad when both were over and SSOASS finally started.
