I Realized tooYeah, probably nerves. Didn't sound as clean as it should, but that'll probably improve in the next shows.
He's in the front row of every gig, staring intensely and angrily at the drum riser. Making neck slicing hand gestures.Has Steve Lazarus commented the first show?

Nothing against Joe, but we're talking about Steve Lazarus here.Joe Lazarus strikes back! He’ll be playing with that enormously popular band Headcase. Suck it up, all you unbelievers!

I'm pretty sure he is in the what-if, or why-oh-why phase. I would be too.I mean, was it Joe, even? I thought the loudmouth was Steve Lazarus, or was Joe sore and salty as well?

What about your wall-of-hate? Pretty sure it's plastered with Steve L pics.I don't have photos of Steve Lazarus.
Nicko was an absolute monster in LOTB 1 as well, especially 2018. 2022 is where he started to drop off a little bit.Of course, there are quite a few Nicko fills that long-time fans will miss. Nicko was just insane in 2008's ROTAM, for example — impossible to replace. But Simon is already doing a spectacular job. The last Nicko version that can be compared to Simon's performance is, in my opinion, TBOSWT 2016–17. Since then, all the tours have had timing and consistency issues here and there, which Simon seems able to solve.
Best part of the album and also best sounding part as well.Say what you want to about the Legacy of the Beast Nights of the Dead Live in Mexico of the Dead Nights Legacy Live Album by Iron Maiden, but the drum performance is fantastic.
