Honestly, if they play Rime, SSOASS and Powerslave, I'm OK with a 15 song setlist. 16 songs are still possible. Imagine a setlist with these 3 +Phantom, Hallowed. That's a setlist of the ages.

If true, Bruce can no longer be accused of overhype. I will lose my goddamn mind.

I'd love to go in blind, but with a month between the first gig and Glasgow it would be impossible for me, it's too long a time to completely avoid the forum, socials and most difficult of all Youtube.

I'm busy tonight but will try to jump on the thread when I can to see how things are shaping up.

SSOASS and Rime played
I'll be honest: when SSOASS was first reported, I was almost ready to bet on Rime being included as well since it would be strange to include Seventh Son by itself in a greatest hits set like this, since, well, it kinda isn't. Rime has a lot more recognition from being the centerpiece of LAD with the casual audience. Seventh Son definitely feels like a "last chance we have to play this" pick. But still, 25 or so minutes (considering SSOASS's middle section was extended the last time around) for two songs in an ostensibly early days heavy setlist is bold. I like it.

Rime, Powerslave and SSOASS have one thing in common. They would look insanely good with a big production. That's the main reason, I believe it's possible. If I had to pick 3 songs that would look good, I'd definitely pick these 3.

Rime, powerslave and SSOASS are three of my favourite maiden songs so it would be amaying if they played those.
Honestly, those 3 + confirmed NPFTD track, phantom, here and there older deepcut and hopefully a live premiere song, that is a solid setlist gotta say. After TFPT I don't think we can expect much more.
Imagine adding Seventh Son & Rime with Alexander. 3 titans of the 80s Maiden era. My mind would collapse into processing this

I did a setlist on spotify:
SSOASS, Rime, Powerslave, Phantom, Fear, Hallowed
Hills, Trooper, Running Free, Killers, Prowler, 666, Wasted Years, Daughter, Wrathchild, Clairvoyant and Evil, IM of course
18 songs and a total of 1h 43mins. So, after all playing the 2 big epics together is possible with a 17-track setlist

I still want Killers and Boots.
