I was just thinking, it would have even fit well with the “Silicon Messiah - 25th Anniversary" shows he's playing in 2025, and then the gig would move on to the 50th anniversary of Maiden.
But “The Raven Age” are back instead, how nice!
Do they have an anniversary too?
Lots of other positive comments as well!för 8 månader sedan
I never wanted to listen Blazes Maidens. But my 7 year old kid played this song on YouTube 20 times a day, and I was like wtf is this masterpiece!!!? I'm so happy I have 2 more Maiden albums to listen. This is amazing!
The nth birthday of Steve’s son?
Your guess is as good as mine.
I was pleasantly surprised by them and liked them well enough live, but they barely interacted with the crowd which is one of my biggest pet peeves. Sure, you can't get the crowd to sing your songs if they've never heard them, but you can get them to clap along. Do something.I saw The Raven Age for the first time on Future Past and found them competent but uninteresting. Georgie boy certainly has charisma (though the singer seemed to think he was in Jedward, which was: worrying ...) A bunch of kids near to me were really into them though, so I guess I'm just not in their target audience. You can't like everything ...
Oh shit, then I very much hope that he'll stop by somewhere near meAlso,
he said he will play the entire Silicon Messiah album on the upcoming tour.
I hope so too. He hasn't played in Canada (or the US) since May 2019.Oh shit, then I very much hope that he'll stop by somewhere near me
Saw him back in April and he was greatWould those who saw him live recently say that he has recovered well from the heart attack and seems in good shape?

I think he actually sings better than Bruce these days ...I think he's lost a step vocally from his peak of around 2010
He still rules I need to make that clear. But when I was watching him live in the 2000s I thought his voice was unbelievably powerful. Now it's just powerful. Blaze I meanI think he actually sings better than Bruce these days ...
#unpopularmaidenopinions
Blaze may have lost some power but he has gained a lot of nuance. Bruce has gone the other way - he used to have power and nuance, now he only has power (at least I think he has). I sometimes wonder if he has made a decision - conciously or otherwise - that as his voice changes with age, to maintain the power at all costs (Bruce I mean). (Of course it's perfectly possible that I'm barking up the wrong tree completely ... )He still rules I need to make that clear.
