Mate who are you trying to convince? How many hate posts will get it out your system. Nobody thinks Simon is amazing. Everyone knows it's a huge downgrade but Maiden are all about 70 years old. What do you expect them to sound like?

Bruce is being ironic when he says play faster. It felt to me like he was struggling with the speed and probably had mild frustration that was betrayed with his comment. Maybe not very cool to call out his band mates like that, even if in a slightly pointed joke way. But it's not a big deal.

Very true but it did at least feel like a proper Maiden tour if you know what I mean. But I suppose they've been a bit of a corporate monster for a long time, it's just moving away from new material and album tours makes it a bit harder to defend.
