At O2 gig last night. Wow phenomenal! Best maiden live performance I've witnessed and I've been going since 1993! New sound guy has done an awesome job!

With the huge back catalogue of material to choose from there is no reason why Bruce should have to struggle with the likes of aces high, hallowed, rtth, Wed etc etc. Complete madness!

Was hoping to avoid set list but couldn't resist ! Bit disappointed to be honest. FOI, WED, CLANSMAN and SIGN OF THE CROSS welcome. Granted always going to play RTTH, NOTB, TROOPER IRON MAIDEN, FOTD, HALLOWED. So why not swap ACES, WICKMAN, REVELATIONS, TETMD with BNW, BQBD, SIASL, KILLERS...

They can play the confirmed staples in their sleep! A song not played on previous tour becomes a deep cut when they discuss sets . I saw maiden first in 93 real live dead tour and the set was amazing! 4 rarities were played WED, Prowler, Remember Tomorrow and Transylvania! Same again please...

With all these confirms I think I've been to this gig before? There shouldn't be any seventh son songs (apart ID). Been listening to Rock n rio live cd and sign of the Cross and clansman underplayed live epics. Plus Bnw and ghost were awesome. Wrathchild was pretty good but not again eh?

If Bruce did say that there will be social media meltdown after first gig that must mean something special is in store? They can't play just the usual fodder and also don't think FOI alone is melt down material? Keeping everything crossed.!

If Rod has that mindset surprised he's not trying to eek out another history tour. Holy smoke, bring your daughter, bqbd, from here to Eternity, Man on the edge did reasonably well commercially when released as singles. Throw in Wicker Man, wildest dreams, out of the silent planet, different...

Surely he must be aware of fans interest and passion for certain songs? Even in a relatively small set list he could squeeze in the odd track to keep us lot happy?

Opening with Wrathchild would be a surprise!

Surely it will be disappointing to most fans if we get Notb, rtth, Wrathchild, Trooper, FOTD, running free, sanctuary, 2m2m, aces high, evil men do, Moonchild, clairvoyant, madness, phantom, Revelations.....again with one or two surprises but not deep deep cuts? It will be an awesome show but...

I'd still prefer a From Here To Eternity tour based on 90s and 00s material. So many truly classic songs to choose from ! It's a pity the focus is always on the 80s which has really been done to death after the history tours and new album set list fillers! Besides they are never going to play...
