I haven't heard many of JD's songs but Dickinson came to mind for that theatrical articulation on that linked song.

Jacob's Dream - Kinescope. The singer sounds quite a lot like Dickinson, though hits higher and whatever live clips I've seen, is more pleasent sounding live than Dickinson :D

The Prophecy

Mother Russia coming tomorrow! In my opinion it's one of my best performances, including the quite-close-to-original-solos. Too bad it is shot in two takes. Made a stupid mistake right in the end. Otherwise went just fine, so decided to differ a bit this time :D
