I'm not sure if it's a wise decision for Roy to be giving public interviews in the state he's currently in. Not that this would stop him though lol

He needs to take some time and sort his shit out, he's obviously not in a good place mentally.

I am interested in Rob Halford solo and I am not aware of him say anything officially about it.
He just said more than a year ago that he has songs for a Blues album and that he needs to find the time to move forward with this project.

According to the fans on Reddit, the prevailing rumour is that Roy and Bruce have been arguing about religion. But I don't know.
They must have known for much longer they had different views than just before the tour.

Sorry, I wanted to cut it in a way that you can see the "prevailing rumour" but at the same time the source website address.

With "her" the fan meant Leana.

To quote her husband, “Revelations”!

Thanks for sharing the link; I have now checked the thread and also read the claims that one of the reasons for the fallout is that Roy Z and his family were not happy with Bruce’s mention of drug dependencies in his autobiography. If that is indeed true, the biography should have been called “What does this button do? It allegedly destroys a winning songwriting team, that’s what it does!”

Do you remember where this was in the book? It’s been a while since I read it.

Finally happening on this front.
So Gods Of War is the first teaser? I wonder if the album will have a new cover. The new, fatter drum sound is solid, the original has its charm though. I wouldn't say the sound is that much heavier than it, rather full which is always nice. TMP production, maybe with a bit of a difference in the drums sound. And this is the album that could benefit the most from a remix (Skunkworks is curious), although the 2 90's classics would also sound fuller. No new stuff added or? Are the drums re-recorded (all instruments?), a harmony under the outro? I think Bruce said the song will have an intro with sounds. What happened? It's titled ''reimagined version'' after all.

This is certainly a more modern production that I prefer to the original. The vocals are clearer, the drums fatter with a much more prominent kick and everything is obviously more scooped. I don't hear anything re-recorded off the cuff.

Yeah, I'm buying this.

Not too excited myself (that preview sounds to me like those Maiden mixes that people who are unhappy with the production of their most recent albums share online). I'll wait until the whole thing is available on Spotify before thinking about buying it.

I would say there are no new recordings, but a reworking in the style of today's popular modern production. But of course we have to wait until the rest is published.

Was the teaser made available after certain other discussions gained momentum here and in other groups? :D

From a preorder page:
Bruce Dickinson's classic '94 album revisited and regenerated! Bruce says of it: 'While mixing all my catalogue into Dolby Atmos I had a nagging desire to revisit and reinvent the record, putting more Balls into Balls was a labour of love. Of course, we beefed up the Guitars, and we added some as well. The Brazilian composer Antonio Teoli added some stunning orchestral arrangements, and in a unique contribution, added indigenous instruments from the Amazon (recorded by himself when he lived there!) at the beginning of 'Gods Of War'. 'Shoot All The Clowns' gets the benefit of a Horn Section fronted by Berkeley College of Music Professors, and all of the Record gets the benefit of the mix by Brendan Duffey (The Mandrake Project), with notes along the way from Shay Baby, the original father of the album. Includes two previously unreleased live in studio tracks, 'Gods of War' and 'Shoot All the Clowns'.
