They saw the thing at rehearsal, went "ah fuck it's crap" and had to roll with it until they could get a replacement since I doubt the big Eddies are exactly put together by the crew in an afternoon with whatever supplies they had at the local arts and crafts shop.

I think it should be a great tour. Of course you won't please everyone but I'm sure a lot of planning and work went into this to try and make it the best ever. And as much as I love Nicko I think that Simon could certainly bring a new spark to the band. Will see.
