Which is the better artist?

Megadeth is the favourite, but Thin Lizzy is clearly better (and not just because Mustaine is a douche)
IMO, they have better melodies, more variety, more depth, a far more more interesting vocalist, and were more influential.
But my personal tastes aside, strictly from a Maidenfans perspective, the twin guitar attack with great soloing and all those harmonies has to mean something.
On that count, Lizzy is second only to Maiden.
 
Oh man..
I've loved Thin Lizzy for longer than I have Megadeth, but I know Megadeth is going to win this one.
Plus, Megadeth winning gives a chance to knock off some band I will probably hate, later.
