What do you do when not listening to Maiden?

Topic says it all. What do you do for a living?

Me? I'm a full time uni student/employed as a research assistant/writing my honours dissertation

Full time journalist, part time translator.

(Duke, history major?)

I'm training to be a librarian, but the Denver Public Library isn't cooperating. They keep using phrases like "stop moving our books around", "seriously, cut it out", "who are you again?", "get out" and "restraining order".

In my spare time, I manually masturbate household pets for artificial insemination. But that's just a hobby, not an occupation.

[span style=\'font-size:8pt;line-height:100%\'](Actually, I'm a full-time college student, math major. But I still like my first answer better.)[/span]

I just finished my civil service and will be a student of History and Pre-History at the Friedrich-Alexander-University from 1. October on.

School.....One year left to highschool, or as its called here in sweden "gymnasiet".
At my sparetime when im not listening to maiden i'll play computergames and chatts with people and stuff like that.

I'm a systems development engineer (or programmer in not so fancy words [!--emo&--]/blush.gif\' border=\'0\' style=\'vertical-align:middle\' alt=\'blush.gif\' /][!--endemo--] )
which means I can sit all day listening to Maiden while working on my computer [!--emo&:D--]/biggrin.gif\' border=\'0\' style=\'vertical-align:middle\' alt=\'biggrin.gif\' /][!--endemo--]
And when I come home from work I listen to some more Maiden...
so my answer to the topic "What do you do when not listening to Maiden" must be
SLEEPING! [!--emo&:P--]/tongue.gif\' border=\'0\' style=\'vertical-align:middle\' alt=\'tongue.gif\' /][!--endemo--]

History major, double minor in English Literature and German

At uni, doing Classics. Just finished first year, so for the past 2/3 months been doing very little, bordering on nothing at all, except sleeping, eating and drinking. I love summer! Well same here, only difference being I write as a free lancer for 5 magazines here in Paris and do a few translation works on top of that whenever the bank accounts send me a that special "red alert" signal.
The funny thing is that in the first place (13 years old) I wanted to be a journalist to be able to write about metal and meet the guys in Maiden -which I did, a few times each- but right now I don't write much about that anymore. Try to survive in France as a heavy metal journo & you'll soon realise it's a better option to widen your horizons. So it's mostly music but all kinds of...plus books and graphic novel reviews or big articles about a given subject (actually did one 5 page report on girls & metal in a big french mag. They liked it very much, especially the pictures [!--emo&:P--]/tongue.gif\' border=\'0\' style=\'vertical-align:middle\' alt=\'tongue.gif\' /][!--endemo--] ) But they turned down my honest offer of a massive Maiden story to celebrate the 25 anniversary & the Parc des Princes gig! An offer they couldn't refuse had I figured out...Too bad, but the pics from Bruce & the boys didn't have quite the same impact as the ones from Evanescence, Lacuna Coil or Nightwish...

As for me, it's not much fun - local government bastards, budget, corruption. No wonder I listen to Maiden in the remaining time [!--emo&:D--]/biggrin.gif\' border=\'0\' style=\'vertical-align:middle\' alt=\'biggrin.gif\' /][!--endemo--]

I'm starting high-school in 2 weeks. I'm not doing anything else really, exept playing on my keyboard and on my guitar from time to time...

I'm starting university next week and if I want to survive, I'll have to find a job the weekends.... Otherwise, in my free time, I mostly play video games[span style=\'font-size:8pt;line-height:100%\'](while listening to Maiden [!--emo&B)--]/cool.gif\' border=\'0\' style=\'vertical-align:middle\' alt=\'cool.gif\' /][!--endemo--] [/span]).
