What are your favorite dual/harmony guitar moments in the studio (be it Stratton/Murray on the first album, Smith/Murray, Gers/Murray, or all three).

Judgement Of Heaven's harmony part always comes to mind, it's pure gold.

There are so many of these. I think it's one of the key ingredients that sets Maiden apart from other bands. Lightyears apart.

Aces High, CSIT, Trooper, Afraid To springs to mind, but there tons others.

When I hear the one in Aces, I think: metal.
 
I think what stands out is that on a lot bands with 2 guitar players often have one guitarrist do all the rhythm work in the studio, including harmonies (which they would do live with the other guitar player). With Maiden, it definitely feels like both guitarrists (or well, 3) record their own separate parts to harmonize, in the studio there`s nuances there. Correct me if I`m wrong.
 
Guitar harmonies is a trademark of the Maiden sound, and I like them a lot. There is hardly any that sounds bad to my ears. Childhood's End is one of the best on that matter. I can count at least 30 more, and in some cases I find them as the best part of the song (eg. The Time Machine, Dance of Death, Fortunes of War, The Book of Souls- harmonies towards the end; same with The Red and The Black, Judgement of Heaven... )
