I presume you mean offline. A Google search should find online sources.

In my area, there are Halloween costume stores. If you have access to the same, maybe search for "redcoat" and "Union Jack" - if you're in the US like me, those would be the best-known terms for those items, correctly or not.

The mask might be tougher, but if there's any time of the year you can find an Eddie mask in stores, this is it.

Can't spot that exact one, but you can certainly get the masks on eBay

Yes I found it through NECA online but they are wholesale only. Its just the jacket I'm looking for as I have a mask.
I cant find any UK retail stockists - on or offline that have it and I've tried emailing NECA to ask who stocks it but so far no reply.

Try army retro clothes shops? thrift shops and so? Must be somewhere in the UK where you can buy Zulu looking (but made for carnival) army jackets and so

Yeah, I do have a friend who could make an authentic repro one, but I don't think you want to pay hundreds for this.
