I don't know what it is, but I just can't get into Satriani. The melody/riff on Laguna Sunrise, even though acoustic, is simply better. 1&4.

Surfing with the Alien is the best Satch song and that says a lot! Genghis Khan is better than I remembered.

Genghis Khan is in this weird place for me in Maiden instrumentals. While I don't really like it like Losfer Words and Transylvania, I do like it overall and it's FAR better than Ides. I'd be more inclined to vote against it if it was against a better song though.
