There should really be some way to better communicate sarcasm on this forum. Especially if the main posters are SMX, Perun or Mav [img src=\"style_emoticons/[#EMO_DIR#]/smile.gif\" style=\"vertical-align:middle\" emoid=\":)\" border=\"0\" alt=\"smile.gif\" /]

OMG JUST found this on a Tanzanian OFFICIAL Maiden Fansite! All European tour dates have been cancelled in favour of a 300 day tour of Central Africa!!!!1111 ::

The next US tour is expected to see Maiden playing in small clubs and bars...

you poor junkie
maiden always sold biggest arenas alover us.
whast are you talking about you f***? have you ever been in us? or even in maiden gig ever?
DOD tour did not include US because there was huge tour in summer 2003. thats all about. from 93 maidens are touring in 2 phases: summer stadium tour and winter arena tours.
theyre not hugely touring uk from 92 for example although its thei home. so you can say they have no audience there? or even they dont want play there?

ozzfest was just a big mistake as i predicted
maidens are too big to share stage and its shame for them to make supporting acts (which they did in 82 last time and in 85 in rock in rio for the very last time)

there will be another leg of tour in early 2007 for the rest of world - south america/us/canada/wherever.
far/new territories - just like india, china, middle east etc etc (africa, russia, australia and all of countries they visited in past included) - is kind of business for their management, not for band
and you can kill if it will not happen!!!

......Actually Maiden have announced that the forthcoming US tour will no longer feature major cities such as Chicago. Maiden have 'grown old' of playing the same locations in the US. Even though those big cities usually bring alot more fans and cash, Maiden have decided they want to venture to parts of the US that they've never played before. The next US tour is expected to see Maiden playing in small clubs and bars that hold no more than 1,000 people. This will give Maiden the chance to be 'up close and personal' with their fans. So no more big arena shows for the boys in the US but I'm sure you'll be able to catch them at your local club next tour. The dates should be announced soon so hold your horses. I know for a fact that they will be visiting the local coffee shop here in North Carolina.

you local club mtf! shut up if youre an amateur and dont know ANYTHING about maiden!
every club on earth must break down if IM have to play there (and so it was in 98)

chicago was always plece to be for maiden with huge and loyal fanbase

Alright, this thread has been enough of a showcase for some people's blatant stupidity.
Led4thehed2, adgabavipain: You two should learn to take obvious hints. As Heinz Erhard said, Nie soll man so tief sinken, den Kakao, durch den man gezogen wird, auch noch zu trinken. You two didn't notice that you were subject to mockery, and that you took some intentionally ridiculous posts seriously. This made me really, really sad. Therefore, I will not allow any further posting in this thread.
