TNOTB spoken intro, different version (Live After Death)

Dick Brucinson

Dave Sustaine
The spoken intro for The Number Of The Beast on LAD differs to the one from the original album version a lot. Any info anybody (old interviews and stuff) about that subject? Why didn't they use the orinal tape in its original tone? Was it done like that for the LAD-release only (possibly later dubbed) or had it been used all tour long in 1984/85? I personally think the LAD-version in its lower tone sounds much cooler than the studio album version.

Is that the version Bruce is mumbling through? Or which one am I thinking of?
