I don't know about the hype - I am not the type to spend much time "debating" the characters' actions and arcs after each episode on social media (as if they were real persons anyway!) but I find the show quite captivating. The story, though rather ordinary in itself, is well told and the actors are excellent, in my opinion. ;)
