Since the Maiden tour kicks off in the United States this week, I thought I would post a little warning/request here.
You are welcome to post any thread about the current tour, to share your experiences or whatever. However, please consider a few things:
-Most people don't like to know any details before they go to the gig
-Most people who post here are from Europe, so the earliest they will get to see Maiden is November.
Thus, I politely but stricktly ask you,
-NOT to include ANY details in the thread's subject line (For example, a subject line reading "They played <insert song title here>!!!!!!!!!!" is a SERIOUS offense)
-PLEASE include the word "SPOILER" in your thread's subject line. This is crucial, and not doing so is considered a serious offense as well
-Just to make sure, use the spoiler tags in your post(s) (the little button that looks like the nuclear symbol)
I AM NOT POSTING THIS FOR FUN, FOLKS!
Thank you and enjoy your respective gigs!

. Like if I come home and I know theres a World Cup game on I invariably ask who's playing and what's the score. Then I watch the game (if it promises to be good and I have the time). That being said, I only go around telling people the score of things if they ask me to. It should be the same with the setlist. Go look at the setlist if you want to, but don't spoil it for others who don't want to. Respect other people's whims, fancies, interests, opinions, feelings, the whole lot. I absolutely agree with the mods on this one, although I do see your point IronDuke about people who play with fire and don't expect to get burnt.
