Very catchy song by the classic UK band Magnum. Iron Maiden opened for Magnum in the early days.

Enjoy the opening track from the album The Eleventh Hour! (1983):

I was actually going to open the new thread soon, but oh well.

8. Catchy and a nice song.

You didn't violate the rules. Except that you didn't have the rules in the first post at first but seems like that's fixed now too.

I'd say: use your chance before the fourth day comes (line 5 of "the rules") and don't complain about it if you are too late yourself.

Looking forward to your pick.

Never complained, just said I was actually just going to post the next. Whatever, I enjoyed this song and I'll use my chance before the fourth day comes.

That is a catchy song. Reminds me of the type of stuff that dominated fm radio in Canada in the late seventies.
Obviously not heavy, but its got a nice melody and tasty guitar bits.
Never heard of the band  before and am surprised - they seem to have some commercial appeal.

I am glad to introduce you guys to some other songs and albums. Not sure if this topic is the best place, perhaps a Magnum topic is better? To be continued.  :)

Apt description, Mckindog... I've never heard it either, so maybe it was never released in Canada. Pretty decent tune...I get a Saga vibe from it. 7.
