So for starters, this was written a few years ago. And the tone of the writing suggests this hack wishes he had the brains to write for the Onion. Hell, this would even be considered lousy by Uncylopedia standards.

Looks more like an attempt by an amateur to drive traffic to his site. I'm sad that I fell for it.
 
Well, actually they do. Not that many people around singing about ancient mariners, strangers in strange lands, lonely long distance runners and foxes among the chickens, are there?

Because they're in the KNOW, man! They are jiggy wid it when it comes to music, politics and the environment!  Maiden? uncool! Hannah Montana? She the shit! Obama? Cool! McCain? uncool AND very creepy! Global Warming? Uncool! it's melting the ice and stuff and killing cute widdle animals :(
 
You know, I was going to mention them instead of Hannah Montana, but she will at least grow up to be sexy eye candy while I don't fancy them bros much. :P

what makes me sad, is that this guy, with obviously a pityfull research about his subject
decided to post his article here,
where almost everyone of the regulars could see at the very first glance his total lack of feed back

a 30-years old group uncool to pre-teens... wow, what a beat !

he could makes his post otherwise though, like let's say a sort of question
"hey, guys, I wrote this article what's your opinion about that? is it worthy ??" things like that

but presenting his article like a fact...... ok, so where are your sources mate ??

Agreed.  I don't know tons of kids that age, but my 14 year old has 5-7 friends (in a class of 50ish) that all really dig Maiden.
