Paiste releases Nicko McBrain signature cymbals

Folks,

Paiste just released Nicko McBrain's signature ride cymbals. One of them (22") is named Powerslave.

Cool.

It was about time Paiste did that to Nicko, after all he's a Paiste endorser since the 80s.

Misleading thread title - I thought it would be a discussion about drumming - which would belong in the Musician's forum anyway.

So I'm changing the title to something more accurate.

Must... have... this ride. I've always been looking for Nicko's ride sound on other Paiste cymbals; of course in a lower price region than Signature (these go up to 500 Euros here). I thought I had found a pretty close one which I've been using for quite a while now, but this... if it's really not just a name pasted on an ordinary cymbal but really Nicko's co-creation, this will be my dream cymbal from now on! Until the day when I'm rich and famous...

Man, that is cool.  I am curious though, just how much do cymbals cost?  I had no idea they were that much (500 euros).    Hats off to Nicko!
