What kind of beers are you into? [!--emo&:)--][img src=\'style_emoticons/[#EMO_DIR#]/smile.gif\' border=\'0\' style=\'vertical-align:middle\' alt=\'smile.gif\' /][!--endemo--]
I like almost all the beers I had the chance to taste apart from some black beers from South America and the Guiness brewed in West Africa*).

Some of the beers I like are (in random orders):

Smithwick's Ale - Tremendous Irish red ale brewed in Kilkenny (a very charming town)

I mostly have beers refermented in the bottle, which I consider amongst the best in the world (Belgium, Germany, Québec...).
However, I also appreciate light beers that you find in the tropics e.g.
Flag spéciale (Côte d’Ivoire)

Et cetera…..

I like beer, but I'm not specially fond of bubbles. For this reason I don't have Bud, Labbat's ice, Harp, Fosters and similar stuff.

Cheers!!!!! [!--emo&:D--][img src=\'style_emoticons/[#EMO_DIR#]/biggrin.gif\' border=\'0\' style=\'vertical-align:middle\' alt=\'biggrin.gif\' /][!--endemo--]

Well, I haven't had the pleasure of tasting many European beers except one German one (which I don't remember the name of). It came in a huge bottle and it was enough to put me in a good mood (it usually takes 6 beers to do that hehe). I haven't tasted an American (U.S) beer that taste "good" they all suck and as far as Mexican beers go lately I've taken a liking to Dos Equis, I drank Corona for a while but not anymore and Pacifico is also very good.

I'm not so much a beer drinker, believe it or not. There are only very few beers I actually like:

[img src=\'http://www.hebig.com/astra_bier.jpg\' border=\'0\' alt=\'user posted image\' /]

And then some "not vanilla" beers like:

[img src=\'http://www.raila-drinks.com/images/Desperados.jpg\' border=\'0\' alt=\'user posted image\' /]
(and similar ones)

But that's pretty much it, almost every other beer tastes like dish water to me.

Oh yeah, how could I forget:

I love beer, my favourite ones are:
1.- Guinness
2.-Noche Buena
3.- Negra Modelo

You surprised Per, I thought all germans were beer drinkers.[!--emo&:P--][img src=\'style_emoticons/[#EMO_DIR#]/tongue.gif\' border=\'0\' style=\'vertical-align:middle\' alt=\'tongue.gif\' /][!--endemo--]

Hey another Noche Buena lover! I forgot to mention Negra modelo which is also, very good...

I must admit that I had the same opinion before I went to the USA. They have the largest number of micro-brewery in the world. They brew incredibly good beers but they only export water-with-bubbles beers like Bud or (even worse) Michelob.
An example of great US beer is the Sam Admas (Boston) for example...

Followed by my favourite national:

Now, for a taste from out west:

From the States:
.....never mind.

From Europe:

It's got to be Stella Artois you guys. It's reassuringly expensive, is fondly known as wife beater, and can transform a bus full of Jehovahs into a raging torrent of violence...ahem..

It tastes quite nice though. I also like Grolsch, Erdinger, Kronenbourg 1664 and John Smiths.

American beer is shite. It's light and bubbly and not very pleasant. The next yank who boasts of drinking twenty buds....so fuckin what? try a few stellas, you'll be shit faced after three.

Please no offensive replies to this post, it is meant in jest.

Guinness is the best drink ever! It does however tend to turn your poo black. [!--emo&:P--][img src=\'style_emoticons/[#EMO_DIR#]/tongue.gif\' border=\'0\' style=\'vertical-align:middle\' alt=\'tongue.gif\' /][!--endemo--]

Otherwise I go for the £1.30 pint of Sammy Smith's bitter. £1.30?! Get in!

I like to drink belgian beers; Chimay, Westmalle and the likes. If I just want to get pissed and really don't care about the taste, a Carlsberg or any of the generic rip-offs they sell here (for around €0,30 [!--emo&:)--][img src=\'style_emoticons/[#EMO_DIR#]/smile.gif\' border=\'0\' style=\'vertical-align:middle\' alt=\'smile.gif\' /][!--endemo--] ) do quite well.
