Have I mentioned how I hate (ok ok dislike) picky people like you [!--emo&

I know their is subtle differences from instruments to vocal arrangements. but If they growl or rasp, they are death, if you want to keep dividing after that go ahead, but usually the best answer is the simplest one. and in this case is that all the sub-genres I lumped together are death.
