Keeping an open eye on the Weeping Angels.
Alan "Fluff" Freeman has died.
Not overly sure who may or may not remember him, but the man was a radio presenter in the UK (originally from Australia). He mainly did these "pick of the pops" shows but he will be greatly remembered in the Rock/Metal world for his Rock show - Saturday nights on Radio 1. He had this knack of blending Classical music with metal and classic rock which no other bugger could do, whilst keeping bang up to date with the latest trends the metal genre had to offer. For sure, he has not been presenting for a while, but he will be sadly missed.
He was also the basis for Harry Enfields Dave Nice of "Smashie & Nicey" fame.
