New Site Looks Too Cluttered

This was brought to my attention so I am passing it on - many people have asked me to be their advocate for the new busy maidenfans layout.

Yes, as many people would ask someone with two posts to inform the Powers That Be on this board about the general feeling they have. Why didn't they just post it themselves? :huh:

I myself think that the new layout looks great and not a bit cluttered, nice one RW :ok:

Nah, Maidenmaria is alright. She is on the chat sometimes.

I don't feel its cluttered and it has a quicker load time than the old site. Which is a plus!
 
I think the new look is great. Definately quicker to load, easier to navigate, etc than the old one. Furthermore, it's just plain awesome.

Keep up the good work, RW!

No, I don't think it's cluttered, it just takes a little while to get used to the new layout.  I panicked the first time I saw it...not having the links at the top threw me a bit ;).  Still, it makes a change, and everything is easily accessible.  I would make one small suggestion, though; put the links to the IMC/MFL/Blazefans etc. at or at least nearer the top.  I know I can just hit 'End' to get to the bottom, but I preferred having the links near the top, where they were easier to reach.  But that's just a minor complaint.  Other than that, great job, RW! :ok:

Now she needs to establish that reputation with the rest of the board, specially, as Hunlord hinted, if she's going to come across so authoritatively...

It might look better, but is this the most important thing?

Am I in error when I say that most visitors visit Maidenfans.com frequently because of the news ,the forums and the network sites listed far below?

These things could be more prominent on the site.

You are absolutely right, and that's why I really like this website, and the main reason for it is my main maiden-reference website since the day I found it on the net.  ;)
