That's a pretty good picture of Eddie.  I prefer the Killers Eddie to this one, which tries too hard to be evil.  The menacing grin on the Killers is much more effective.  I would not want to meet this Eddie in a dark alley though.  :)
 
Once again proving who should be doing official designs, eh?  Another amazing Eddie.  Amazing.
 
Ah, I get it now! It's the "Killers" Eddie, thinking to himself: "What am I doing on the wrong album cover? I'm supposed to be in London!"

Mr Smallwood, I think we know who to call next time you come to commission someone to do some Eddie artwork......:D

"New issue of Eddie's, italian Iron Maiden fanzine, is in print.
This number 16 will have the reportage and exclusive pics of "A Matter Of The Beast" italian concerts, the introduction to "Somewhere Back In Time" and an exclusive interview with Master of Masters, Derek Riggs.
This number's cover was prepared by Tommy Pons' wise hands; he'll be soon involved in an online Eddie's special issue.
In this number there's also the official announcement of Second National Eddie's Convention, in Trezzo D'Adda (Milan), next 7th of december, and Prato, next day. There will be Dennis Stratton as special guest."

By the way, really nice piece of artwork! ;)
 
I call it the Legendary Beast. Need to fill in the background but you get the idea. A sasquatch Eddie lurching around on stage? I'd love to see that.
