Yeah IDK what they were thinking getting rid of Riggs. To be fair, there have been good ones since his departure; Fear of the Dark, Brave New World, Pashendale, AMOLAD, and the Breeg single IMO.

That's actually a Fright Night poster that Derek only changed the cloud vampire to the cloud Eddie. Even the spectres in the clouds are exactly like the ones on the movie poster. The guy who made the futuristic London was Steve Stone.
