French metallers BLUT AUS NORD continue to work on their highly anticipated new album, "M.O.R.T." (Metamorphosis of Realistic Theories).
Expected for release early fall, the album follows the band's critically-acclaimed "The Work Which Transforms God"; reissued mid-2005 in the U.S. with the value-added EP "Thematic Emanation of Archetypal Multiplicity" (a recording previously only available in Europe). Songtitles set to appear on the CD include "Ruins of the Genesis (Antiparticles)", "Dis-Harmonization of all Visual Echoes", "Fusion With the Zero", "Samsaric Ocean", "The Meditation of the Ghost (Samadhi)", "Le Cercle de Ceux Qui Pleurent", and "Alienation of the Orphans".
In related news, Appease Me Records — the label owned by the members of BLUT AUS NORD and marketed/distributed internationally in cooperation with Candlelight Records — has confirmed a June 13 American release date for the second album from noise merchants SPEKTR. "The Near Death Experience" is the domestic debut for this aggro-industrial-black metal duo.
