Need help purchasing concert ticket for Chile

Hey everyone,
I am deciding to travel to chile in march and i wanna see iron maidens concert over there as well before it is too late.

I am trying to purchase the ticket for it but I get stuck at the end and when I translate the error message it says something about my billing address not matching with my mastercards.

In the billing address on the website even though I put my country as USA I still dont see boxes appear that ask for State zip code and city.
Instead they ask for:
Ciudad:
Region:
Pais:
Comuna:

Anyone who is familiar on how to do this willing to help me out to get my concert ticket?
I would really appreciate this!

It sounds like seller's website isn't set up properly to sell tickets to US buyers, and might not accept US bank cards.
 
You need to check the ticket seller's policies or e-mail them. It might just be a badly set up sales page where they've forgotten to add the options for international buyers.
