Can anybody help me with Bruce's ramblings on 'More Tea Vicar'? I am trying to transcribe them for the Maiden Commentary, but it's pretty difficult to understand what Bruce is mumbling about.

All I could come up with was that:

rejoice, I bought the japanese rainmaker 7 track EP and it contains the lyrics to More Tea Vicar. Some small bits that we have already found may be missing, i noticed the lyric "jive talking" is not included, there may be more, I haven't cross checked, but it surely clears alot of things up! this is the excact transfer from the booklet:
