Its not down for good guys & gals. I'm having some problems both personal and with the host. The host apparently blows! They said it was OK to have torrents and then turned around and changed their tune once the torrent site was up. 
So I've had some major issues with these assholes and I've been offline for about 2 months. The web page, forums & torrents will be back once I get a new host. Actually what I'm planning on doing is running it off my machine once I get broadband again. This hosts shit is for the birds and I've had enough with this all together.
