News from SIX FEET UNDER to spread out!
The band is confirmed to play this year’s GRASPOP (Belgium) and WITH FULL
FORCE (Germany). \"More European dates surrounding the festival dates will be
added soon,\" Chris Barnes says. \"We will also be filming the With Full Force
show for an upcoming live DVD due to the killer response we've had with
'Double Dead'! More on that later.\"
SFU is currently beginning to write their next CD. “We've got some great
ideas for this next release and are really gonna concentrate on making this
the best CD we've put out - for real! Other than that, I don't wanna give
too much away - you'll have to wait for the final product!”
Recording is slated for March 2003. The band will be heading into Morrisound
studios in Tampa, Florida to begin tracking the drums and guitar. Vocals
will be tracked in Miami as well as the mix.
“Right now, we're going over our options as far as producers. Metal Blade
[Records] is looking at a summer release date for the CD. We'll let you know
more as we get things movin'.”

I just have to say, Luke is not doing a good job on the vocals, he is doing
an OUTSTANDING job! When he belts it out on the chorus, you can feel the

Cattle Makes Terrorizer’s 2002 reader's poll!!!
In the latest copy of Terrorizer (Issue #106 - Jan/Feb 2003), Cattle
Decapitation was voted as one of the top 10 Best Newcomers in the readers'
poll for 2002. Other bands that made the list were Killswitch Engage,
Decapitated, and Mastodon. Also, be sure to check out this month’s issue of
PIT Magazine, which has a feature on the band in it.

Beyond the Embrace
Beyond The Embrace just played an amazing show with Opeth at the Palladium
in Worcester, Mass. on Saturday, January 18 to at least 2,000 fans. The band
played so well that they sold over 45 cd’s plus tons of merch. This is
definitely going to be a band to keep your eyes on. East Coast tour dates
for February to be announced shortly. Keep checking the Concerts page for

Callenish Circle confirmed for Summer Breeze Festival! Callenish Circle is
confirmed for the Germany-based Summer Breeze Festival. The festival takes
place from 8/21 - 8/23 and has rapidly grown out to one of the bigger

NEW FALCONER VOCALIST! Update from the band...
Falconer and vocalist Mathias Blad has parted. The reason was clashes of
schedules, Falconer wanted to give the \"live activity\" a serious try and
take all chances they could get. Mathias´ schedule for his musicals didn’t
make it very easy to go through with. The choices were to continue with him
and thereby maybe not being able to tour after the next album. The second
choice was to get a new singer losing a trademark of the band but being able
to take the chances when they come. Seize the day, as they say.
There are no hard feelings between us we just had different priorities.
Mathias wanted to do what he had worked and strived for, for years while the
rest of Falconer wanted to take the opportunity to experience something new
and different. Mathias is not 100% out of the picture but is planned to
appear as backing vocalist on future recordings.
The new vocalist is Kristoffer Göbel, also in the band DESTINY. He is not a
Mathias wannabe but has his own style, which also gives the band a chance to
evolve.
THE TRIO BECOMES A QUARTET
Also new in the band are the former session musicians:
Anders Johansson (guitar) and Peder Johansson (Bass).
They have played with the band for a year now so why not take them in as
real members.
NEW ALBUM
The new album is to be recorded in May at Los Angered studio once again.
This time it will be a concept album but fear not dear fans, it will not be
one of those weird hard listened concept albums. The music is mostly as it
has been but with one lyrical story throughout the whole album. After the
release of the new album Falconer will finally do a proper tour in Europe at
least.
We understand that some of you think that the originality of Falconer is
gone now with Mathias out of the picture. We see it as a fresh wind with
Kristoffer. They are both great singers, but different. Falconer thanks
Mathias for the time in the band and wishes him the best of luck in the
future with his career.

Cattle Makes Terrorizer’s 2002 reader's poll!!!
In the latest copy of Terrorizer (Issue #106 - Jan/Feb 2003), Cattle
Decapitation was voted as one of the top 10 Best Newcomers in the readers'
poll for 2002. Other bands that made the list were Killswitch Engage,
Decapitated, and Mastodon. Also, be sure to check out this month’s issue of
PIT Magazine, which has a feature on the band in it.

Beyond the Embrace
Beyond The Embrace just played an amazing show with Opeth at the Palladium
in Worcester, Mass. on Saturday, January 18 to at least 2,000 fans. The band
played so well that they sold over 45 cd’s plus tons of merch. This is
definitely going to be a band to keep your eyes on. East Coast tour dates
for February to be announced shortly. Keep checking the Concerts page for
dates.
Also be on the look out for Beyond The Embrace’s video Compass that was just
sent out to all major and regional TV shows.

Callenish Circle
Callenish Circle confirmed for Summer Breeze Festival! Callenish Circle is
confirmed for the Germany-based Summer Breeze Festival. The festival takes
place from 8/21 - 8/23 and has rapidly grown out to one of the bigger
festivals in Germany. Other bands on the billing so far: Children of Bodom,
In Extremo, Primordial, Symphorce and many, many more. For more information

'Into the Lungs of Hell' will be released on February 15th! Added a NEW MP3

NEW FALCONER VOCALIST! Update from the band...
Falconer and vocalist Mathias Blad has parted. The reason was clashes of
schedules, Falconer wanted to give the \"live activity\" a serious try and
take all chances they could get. Mathias´ schedule for his musicals didn’t
make it very easy to go through with. The choices were to continue with him
and thereby maybe not being able to tour after the next album. The second
choice was to get a new singer losing a trademark of the band but being able
to take the chances when they come. Seize the day, as they say.
There are no hard feelings between us we just had different priorities.
Mathias wanted to do what he had worked and strived for, for years while the
rest of Falconer wanted to take the opportunity to experience something new
and different. Mathias is not 100% out of the picture but is planned to
appear as backing vocalist on future recordings.
The new vocalist is Kristoffer Göbel, also in the band DESTINY. He is not a
Mathias wannabe but has his own style, which also gives the band a chance to
evolve.
THE TRIO BECOMES A QUARTET
Also new in the band are the former session musicians:
Anders Johansson (guitar) and Peder Johansson (Bass).
They have played with the band for a year now so why not take them in as
real members.
NEW ALBUM
The new album is to be recorded in May at Los Angered studio once again.
This time it will be a concept album but fear not dear fans, it will not be
one of those weird hard listened concept albums. The music is mostly as it
has been but with one lyrical story throughout the whole album. After the
release of the new album Falconer will finally do a proper tour in Europe at
least.
We understand that some of you think that the originality of Falconer is
gone now with Mathias out of the picture. We see it as a fresh wind with
Kristoffer. They are both great singers, but different. Falconer thanks
Mathias for the time in the band and wishes him the best of luck in the
future with his career.
