Matter of Life.. picture disc fault???

Hi fans.  Any vinyl lovers out there experienced problems with the majority of side 3 of Maiden's 'A Matter Of Life And Death' picture disc LP????   I've had two copies and both have sounded terribly fuzzy.  It's only side 3 that has this problem, whilst the sound quality of the rest of the album sounds as good as any other picture disc.   
I will of course appreciate any feedback anyone can kindly give, but if you're thinking of replying with either; "picture discs are generally not of the same quality of regular vinyl pressings", or "picture discs are not for playing etc" please don't waste your time.

There was a thread along these lines a couple of months ago on the official forum at ironmaiden.com if I remember correctly. Have a look for it, maybe you'll get a helpful reply. I seem to remember someone complaining to the record company....not sure though.
