Hello everyone! I´m new here so i´m sorry if this whole thread turns out to be a complete mess :P

I guess most of you know who Matt Barlow is, but for you who don´t know him, he is the former vocalist of the mighty Iced Earth. After the 9/11 attack he decided he wanted to do something real in his life instead of being just a "rockstar" so he quit Iced earth to become a police of some kind, can´t really remember :blush:

I don´t know about you but I am really excited over this because I rank Barlow as the best singer in metal, right  after Bruce of course :ok:

So have any of you heard of this band before? They have released 2 albums and the next will be released in 2008 with Barlow on vocals. Which album do you think would be good to start with? I really want to give this band a try so any help would be greatly appreciated!

Hm,  I can't say I really liked Barlow as a singer,  but I am planning on giving the guy a chance.  As for Pyramaze,  I'm currently listening to a song from their website,  and I really like it.  It shall definitely be an interesting match.  Let's just see if it will work :).

But keep in mind: there's no music yet with Barlow, so you have to do with Lance King (previous singer)
A new album will come out in 2008, I am excited about that already, because I really like the way they write songs! From these sites, my favourite track at the moment is "What Lies Beyond".
