Without looking at liner notes.  Can you all tell whos playing the solo.  To me being a novice Maiden fan.  I can only tell when Dave Murray is playing, but what about Janick/Adrian?

I also Listen to Priest/Def Leppard and I am almost at the point where I can tell the difference.

When it's going very very fast but doesn't sound like it makes any sense, it's Janick  :P

One good tip is to listen for pinch harmonics, Adrian uses them frequently (especially in older solos) while Janick usually doesn't use them. There are other differences as well, one is the mentioned speed. Adrian's solos usually don't sound "rushed" if you get my point.
 
Listen to as many live versions as you can, official releases with video content work the best, such as LAD and RiR. Like this, you get to learn to someone's style and sound.
 
I learned to single out Janick's style pretty quick. He's really quite distinct. Well, they all are, but I'd say Dave and Adrian are closer.

Janick is really fast and goes crazy, Davey does all those sweeping melodic style solos (listen to Powerslave or Phantom of the Opera), and Adrian has the vibrato and the really methodic, accurate kinda complex solos.

One easy way is to learn how to distinguish their actual guitar tuning. Once you can single those out it's pretty easy.

Listen to The Clairvoyant pre-Janick and post-Janick and you'll probably realise which guitar is him ;)
 
The tuning won't tell you much unless it's one of the songs that Adrian plays drop-D.  Even then, that would only tell you that it's not Adrian.
