Is there any cds of Iron Maiden songs redone in Classical music or in any other form of music?

I know i seen Metallica redone in Classical.
An i also seen Metallica, Kiss , AC/DC, remade into bluegrass music.

I heard of a Pink Floyd song in bluegrass on the radio but never been able to find it in stores.

How do you think Powerslave would sound in Bluegrass.

There are plenty of tribute albums, none that I know of that are classical, just covered by other bands, but in a previous topic, someone mentioned a techno version of the Trooper.

There is one "classical" tribute "The Anatomy of Evil: String Tribute to Iron Maiden" it is two violins, a viola and a cello. There is Transilvania 666 which is a tribute by Spanish Metal bands (they sing in English) and a few others that I don't remember right now, but yeah, there's a bunch non-techno good tributes out there.

I think the Ac/Dc one ur on about is Hayseed Dixie.

As for Powerslave, are we hoping for Iron Egg-Laiden?

Yeah, I have the Hayseed Dixie cd, it's bluegrass AC/DC. It was cool at first, kind of different, but haven't listened to it in years. It's some uneducated dudes from western North Carolina in the Appalation Mountains (poorest section of the US), that found some AC/DC records at a car wreck, and spun them on an old turntable. Not knowing what the band was, they palyed the songs bluegrass style.

The Anatomy of Evil: String Quartet Tribute to Iron Maiden - that is an awesome cd, highly recomend picking it up. I have only seen it in a store one time and my girlfriend bought it for me. You can buy one online I'm sure.

The Anatomy of Evil, String Quartet Iron Maiden tribute album is one of my favorite Cds. The hallowed Be Thy Name Tribute is awsome. It shows what kind of influnce classical music indirectally has on Metal.

I also have String Quartet Tribute to Depeche Mode [!--emo&--][img src=\'style_emoticons/[#EMO_DIR#]/blush.gif\' border=\'0\' style=\'vertical-align:middle\' alt=\'blush.gif\' /][!--endemo--] .....and I love it! Those String Tributes are cool, I have Tool's which is good, not great, just good, because the violin whines to much on some tunes. I want to get Garbage's hehe. oh and maiden's of course [!--emo&:D--][img src=\'style_emoticons/[#EMO_DIR#]/biggrin.gif\' border=\'0\' style=\'vertical-align:middle\' alt=\'biggrin.gif\' /][!--endemo--]

There is also String Quartet tributes to 9 Inch Nails, Led Zeppelin, Metallica, Sonic Youth, and even The Matrix!

I don't know of any classical covers, but i have a pretty cool tribute album, "Slave To The Power".

I also have 666:A Tribute To The Beast Double Disc Set. It's okay. Basically it's done by a bunch of different musicians. Paul Di'Anno does a few songs from their first two albums. The Hallowed Be Thy Name Tribute on the first Disc is the best Maiden Tribute I've ever heard.
