there is some kind of company called "room 101 entertainment" who has re-released donington 92,maiden england and live after death on dvd, they haven´t been remastered so it´s like the original one.
It may be still available as i bought both donington and maiden england about 8 months ago,but i don´t really like the donington vid as it looks "dirty an raw" ans mosto of it is b&w
