It is not officially available in DVD.

I picked up a copy on DVD, but all the writing on it is in Spanish, including all the DVD Menu items. I think it was released on DVD in Brazil afew years ago. I bought it at a local music store under the "import" section.

No, he didn't - his local church wouldn't let him in. It had something to do with Mav being a raving lunatic, foaming at the mouth and all, and local health regulations keep him out of most public places.
So instead, Mav nailed a copy of the commentary to the church door, just like Martin Luther and his 95 theses. Pandemonium ensued. It's been difficult to get accurate reports from the region, but the latest rumors suggest that the Lost Village has been plunged into civil war.
On one side of the conflict are those who say, "This commentary is a light in the darkness!" (Note: so far, Maverick himself is the only confirmed member of this group.)
On the other side are those who ask, "Who let that raving lunatic have a hammer in the first place?!?"
