Janick's Guitar Pedals.

I've never saw them. Where it stays, on stage, or there is any guy who change the respective effects when it's necessary?

Not completely positive, but going by what Dave and Adrian use, Id say he goes by onstage pedals rather than have someone do it for him.
Its far more accurate that way.
Im not even sure if anyone does use an offstage person to turn on effects, because its so inaccurate and adds even more time for effects to actually have an effect.

The reason you might not see Janick change effects on stage that much is because its generally Adrian who does a lot of that kind of thing, especially with synth and flanger pedals.

They do have some pedals and stuff on stage.  One of the reason Adrian uses on-stage monitors is because he hides the pedals - all his feedback is electronic to earpieces, where the rest of the band uses on-stage monitors.  Possible Janick hides some pedals there.

So, Janick use the same guitar effect the whole concert?

Eh? Where did I say that?
Flangers and synths are not the only effects pedals!
However, the others dont need to be altered mid-song as much.....thus why you might not see Janick changing pedals because he'll do it in between songs, when the stage is dark.
Off the top of my head, he likely uses a combination of distortion, wah and overdrive and some flanger on a couple of songs.

Hmm, ok, now I get ;).

Dave and Adrian have a "control board" or footswitch on stage which changes effects or engages different amp settings when necessary. This board is made by Pete Cornish and they use it since 83/84 if I'm not mistaken. Their amps are backstage.Adrian uses a rack with the classic Marshall JMP1 pre-amp and Marshall 9200 power amp. This combo is great to achieve Maiden tones, especially those from the 80s. Effects come from rack mounted units too (Marshall, TC electronics or ADA)

Below you will find rig schemes of both Dave & Adrian...although they are from 2000, things are not so different nowadays.

Concerning Janick his equipment is almost like a mix of what Adrian and Dave uses. Sorry, the picture below is not so good but you will be able to see a Mesa Boogie rack (not sure which one) and the 9200 power amps at the bottom and the JMP and JFX from Marshall (middle).

A safety procedure by all of them is to have a backup of the power and pre amps at the rack. In case one goes down the other one keeps things alive on stage.

hope that enlightens your question. But as long as I know Maiden players have no pedals on stage...but only the control boards to switch effects, amp settings of the equipment kept BACKSTAGE.

cheers !

Just to make things clearer on Janick's rack : the Mesa Boogie pre amp is a Studio model, right like this one...
