so a couple of months ago, i was at an antique store and some guy had a bunch of shaped picture discs, and regular picture discs. they were $20 a piece and my dad wouldnt budge on buying them. there was a iron maiden picture disc in there, and that was the main one i wanted, but the others were all good.
well we got home, and i pulled up the generic prices for picture discs. needless to say he took me back the next day to buy all 15 picture discs. one problem. there were only 14 there. someone had nicked my maiden disc. disheartened, i left with a couple of dio, anthrax, etc. pic discs.
well i decided to find out more about that maiden record. thing is, i cant find ANY information anywhere!!! i know they produced TONS of picture discs, but this one is not to be found on the interwebs.
so i figured it take it to some fellow Maidenfans like me.
i dont remember if it was a shaped picture disc or just normal, but i do know that the picture was basically eddie the head impaling some guy on a trident. the trident was going through his stomach, with considerable blood flow. the guy was white and had a surprised look on his face while Eddie was smiling evilly. dont remember song name or any thing. thats it.
i SERIOUSLY need help on this guys. cause after all this time, i heard from a contact that that very same record from the shop appeared in another antique store in northern michigan, one i have frequently bought records from, but i couldnt leave to go up there for another 4 weeks, and when i got there, the shop had gone out of business. so basically there is a guy living in northern michigan, with a iron maiden picture disc he is trying to sell. i want info on it if i ever hear rumors about it again.
